Disc Factory offers a range of sleeves and wallets to package your CD or DVD. Plastic and paper wallets are the most inexpensive type of packaging for all orders.

They are a simple yet effective way of protecting you disc from dirt and scratches and can also hold CD cover cards and thin booklets. There are options for adhesive flaps, transparent windows, double disc, adhesive strips and ring binder holes.

Normally combined with a PVC sleeve the CD/DVD mailer offers good protection and comes with a 40mm adhesive flap for sealing in the contents.

Our standard CD/DVD card mailers are 150mm x 150mm and are less than 3mm thick when packed with a single disc. These dimensions allow them to be posted in the UK as a normal sized letter which on larger runs could save you huge amounts on postage compared to more traditional cases.
